We’re building a next-gen experience for Dota2, CS2, League of Legends (and more soon), and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead the charge.
🎯What you’ll do
- Own UX end-to-end: research → concept → prototypes → user testing → iteration
- Design simple experiences for complex data
- Define and refine flows for:
- Match & tournament pages
- Player & team profiles
- News & content discovery
- Onboarding + gamification
- Work closely with PM, data team, and FE engineers (Next.js / React)
- Conduct UX research, interviews, usability tests
- Transform insights into clear product decisions
- Advocate for users while balancing speed, scope, and product priorities
- Bring new ideas — creativity is welcome
✅ Requirements
- 5+ years of UX experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and process
- Excellent information architecture — you bring clarity to complex interfaces
- Experience designing web apps with heavy data context
- Mastery of Figma
- Experience running research and usability testing
- Experience with design systems
- Collaborative mindset — you work well with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
