Your position on the board

🧭 Shape AWS Architecture:

• Prepare and execute a strategy for our AWS stack (EC2, ECS, Kafka, RDS, Redis) to ensure scalability and cost efficiency.

📈 Optimize for Low Latency & High Throughput:

• Design systems and deployment strategies that handle significant traffic volumes quickly and efficiently.

🤝 Developer Experience:

• Collaborate with engineers to identify bottlenecks and create a platform to enhance CI/CD pipelines, automate processes, and streamline workflows.

💼 AWS Cost Management:

• Monitor usage, optimize costs, and forecast spending without sacrificing performance.

🛠️ Infrastructure Automation:

• Build consistent, repeatable IaaC using Terraform or CloudFormation.

🌟 Team Support:

• Collaborate on infrastructure tasks, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.

Our idea of ​​you

🧭 AWS Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with core AWS services (EC2, ECS, ALBs, Lambda, RDS, ElastiCache/Redis, Kafka, CloudWatch and more), including design, deployment, and operational best practices for large-scale applications.

📈 IaaC & Automation:

• Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar frameworks. A strong track record of automating repetitive tasks, maintaining configuration consistency, and improving deployment reliability.

🤝 CI/CD Tooling:

• Expertise in providing tools and platforms for CI/CD that empower teams to manage their applications end-to-end.

💼 High Performance Distributed Systems: 

• Hands-on experience building and running fast, high-throughput applications in distributed systems, with a solid grasp of load balancing, caching, and partitioning to manage large datasets and traffic surges.

🛠️ AWS Cost Management:

• Understanding of AWS pricing models, resource optimization, and budgeting strategies.

🌟 Scripting:

• Solid fundamentals in Bash, Python, or Go to quickly prototype solutions, automate routine tasks, and bridge gaps between system architecture and hands-on engineering.

🧭 Strategic Vision:

• Capability to develop short & long term plans that align technical growth with business objectives. Comfortable advocating for new tools, technologies, or processes that improve team efficiency and company outcomes.
