With a team of 300+ colleagues 🌍 based in the Czech Republic and many other locations across Europe, Asia and LATAM. As our company rapidly expands we are looking for a Customer Success Engineer.

Your Position on the Board:

Join a dynamic international Customer Success team that handles direct communication with our customers’ IT and operational teams, and is in constant synchronisation with our internal departments. A Customer Success Engineer is responsible for integration of Oddin.gg services within client platforms, providing technical support and advice to customers, and performing technical and operational coordination between the customers and Oddin.gg.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and support Oddin.gg digital products (data feeds, APIs, and digital turn-key solutions) within customers’ platforms, following established processes
  • Work closely with customers’ IT departments and Oddin.gg product, development, and sales teams, with the aim of integrating new or existing customers to Oddin.gg services
  • Communicate directly with international B2B customers
  • Handle multiple customers at different locations
  • Take ownership of, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base

Who you are

  • Technical education or equivalent experience
  • Proficient use of English, Spanish and Portuguese
  • Experience with technical support/sales operations
  • Basic knowledge of web technology and communication protocols
  • Basic understanding and/or willingness to learn about the esports and betting industries
