Freelance ContractOn-site

At Oddin.gg, we're building world-class marketing across multiple brands — and we need the operational backbone to support it. We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who can turn data into insights, tools into systems, and processes into performance. We’re scaling fast and marketing is becoming a key growth driver. As Marketing Operations Manager, you'll help build the systems that support everything from demand gen to brand awareness. Expect autonomy, smart teammates, and the chance to shape how marketing works across our business.

This role is perfect for a technically-savvy marketer who’s just as comfortable in HubSpot workflows as they are in analytics dashboards. If you're driven by results, love clean systems, and want to be the engine behind high-performing marketing, read on.

About Us

Oddin.gg is a leading B2B provider of esports betting solutions, powering sportsbooks around the world with data, odds, and engagement tools built specifically for esports.

As part of the broader Oddin.gg offering, we are also building and scaling new entertainment formats — including Penalty Arena, a fast-paced, content-driven experience built around real-world penalty shootouts.
This role sits at the intersection of content, sport, and social — turning real moments into engaging digital experiences.

What you'll do

  • Capture video content directly on-site at Penalty Arena (weekly presence required)
  • Film real gameplay moments — penalty shots, goalkeeper saves, reactions, atmosphere
  • Edit short-form video content optimized for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
  • Own the end-to-end content loop: shoot → edit → publish
  • Manage and grow social media channels with a strong focus on engagement
  • Identify viral moments and trends, and translate them into content quickly
  • Experiment with formats, hooks, and storytelling to maximize reach
  • Collaborate with the team on content ideas and campaigns

About you

  • You are either a recent graduate or an active student (media, marketing, or similar)
  • You are comfortable shooting content on a phone — and know how to make it look good
  • You have hands-on experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
  • You understand social media dynamics — what works, what doesn’t, and why
  • You are proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
  • You enjoy being on-site, capturing real moments rather than working only from a desk
  • You have a strong sense for fast, engaging, native social content
  • Bonus: interest in sports, football, or gaming content

Haven't We Caught You Yet?

This is not a “post and schedule” social role. You will be at the source of the content — capturing real moments as they happen and turning them into something people actually want to watch.

Penalty Arena is a new format with the potential to scale fast, and this role gives you direct ownership of how it shows up to the world. You will learn by doing, test ideas in real time, and see immediate impact from your work.
If you want to build real skills in content creation, social growth, and video — not just theory — this is the place to do it.
