Oddin.gg is the global leader in B2B esports betting solutions. We are delivering an end-to-end ecosystem to bookmakers across the globe. Operators partnering with Oddin.gg can attract a new generation of bettors, drive betting volumes 24/7, and improve sportsbook profitability.

We work with purely esports titles such as Dota2, LoL, CS:GO, as well as esports analogues of traditional sports like FIFA (soccer), NBA2K (basketball), and more. Based on the data we have available, we create and continuously improve mathematical models that help us predict match odds.

With a team of 170+ people, based in the Czech Republic and many other locations across Europe and Asia, Oddin.gg is growing at a fast pace and is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager.

Oddin is summoning a Valkyria or a Viking to join the raid as a Senior Product Manager to become an integral part of our newly formed Affil team!

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take the helm, owning and developing the entire product area with bold ambition. What would you work on:

• Define, communicate, and improve standardized practices, including tools, team processes, product management, and knowledge/training
• Support product and engineering in consistently delivering outcomes to customers/users through healthy feedback loops and optimal workflows
• Design and implement systems to drive collaboration between product management and other teams across the business, such as partnership, sales, and customer success
• Implement and drive change management for any new or modified product workflows across teams and/or the organization
• Partner with teams across the business on the program management (ie. eSims, Affiliates, etc.) and execution of large-scale product initiatives
• Advise on betas and go-to-market planning for larger product initiatives and feature releases

Skills you will have:

• 6+ years of experience as a PM Individual Contributor preferably in B2C SaaS.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering affiliate or online community platforms to production, coaching teams & programs at varying maturity levels using Agile & Lean methods
• Data driven analysis skills for measuring health of strategy-to-delivery
• Experience with Jira or Open Source agile lifecycle management tooling
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, including both verbal and written communication, mentoring, coaching, collaboration, negotiation, and team building
• Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership with development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
• Creative approach to problem solving; ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view
