Oddin.gg is building the future of esports betting — and beyond. Design plays a critical role in how the world experiences our vision. We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer who’s ready to step up: someone with strong creative instincts, a bias for action, and the hunger to grow into a Creative Lead.

This is not a polished corporate gig. It’s a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in chaos, builds without waiting for permission, and wants to leave their mark on some of the most exciting brands in esports and AI-powered entertainment.

What you'll do

Shape and evolve the visual identity across Oddin.gg and other brands within the group
Own high-impact design projects — campaigns, events, brand refreshes — from concept to delivery
Help shape brand direction — turning abstract ideas into cohesive and distinct visual narratives
Work closely with marketing leads and stakeholders to align design with business goals
Build creative infrastructure: templates, libraries, scalable systems
Start leading junior designers and freelancers with support and mentorship from the team

What we’re looking for

A strong portfolio of brand, campaign, and system design work — ideally across digital-first, fast-paced environments
Typically 5+ years of experience in brand or visual design — but we care more about what you’ve built than how long you’ve been doing it
Demonstrated ability to run big projects independently and take initiative without constant guidance
Someone who loves structure but survives chaos, with a practical, get-it-done mindset
Clear communicator who can pitch ideas, receive feedback, and give it back constructively
A natural self-starter and team player — proactive, collaborative, and curious
Open to managing and growing a small team over time (we’ll help you get there!)
Fluent in Figma, Adobe CC, and Affinity; bonus if you dabble in motion or 3D
