Do you love building powerful, intuitive tools that transform how teams operate? We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to help us create the next generation of internal platforms—starting from scratch.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Manage the entire product lifecycle for our trading platform, from the initial idea to launch and ongoing improvements.
• Work closely with our trading and operations teams to understand their needs and challenges.
• Translate business needs and user feedback into clear product requirements and strategic goals.
• Write user stories, manage the product backlog, and clarify requirements for the development team.
• Use data and success metrics to track performance and find ways to improve the product.
• Ensure your product initiatives support the broader company vision.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to make sure all risk-related tools meet internal and regulatory standards.
• Find new ways to improve efficiency through new technologies, automation, and smarter workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• You have a solid understanding of esports/sports betting markets, trading operations, and risk management.
• You have proven experience in agile product development, backlog management, and launching high-value internal tools.
• You are excellent at communicating with traders, engineers, designers, and leadership.
• You can translate user pain points into new product features.
• You can break down complex workflows, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
• You are skilled at motivating teams and driving discussions without formal authority.
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a key contributor on a trading team.
• You have demonstrated success launching new B2B or internal tools, or strong professional experience in a sports betting or trading environment.
• You have hands-on knowledge of trading operations, risk management, and/or trading platform requirements.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You are eager to learn about new trends in trading technology and risk management.
