Now, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team and help scale Jotun.gg’s growth. The ideal candidate understands the dynamics of media buying, esports advertising, and esports betting. This is a role for someone who can build long-term partner relationships, drive account growth, and support strategic expansion across media. Your focus will include

• Play a foundational role in keeping our campaigns and internal operations running smoothly
• Maintain accurate CRM systems and ensure data integrity across platforms
• Support campaign workflows from setup to execution with precision and care
• Help create clarity and structure in day-to-day processes
• Identify inefficiencies and contribute to smarter, more streamlined ways of working¨
• Build and improve internal infrastructures that strengthen team productivity
• Gain hands-on exposure to the advertising ecosystem and operational best practices
• Develop strong operational fundamentals with room to grow into more strategic responsibilities
