Marketing Project Manager

We work with purely esports titles such as Dota2, LoL, CS:GO, as well as esports analogues of traditional sports like FIFA (soccer), NBA2K (basketball), and more. Based on the data we have available, we create and continuously improve mathematical models that help us predict match odds.

With a team of 170+ people, based in the Czech Republic and many other locations across Europe and Asia, Oddin.gg is growing at a fast pace and is looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager.

Your position among fellow Vikings:

Oddin is summoning a Valkyria or a Viking to join the raid as a Marketing Project Manager to take over management of our marketing campaigns and activities, and help to drive the expansion of Oddin's business. 

What would you work on:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and scope definition for marketing initiatives.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams outside and inside of the marketing team. Inside means coordination of work in between content, design, event etc. responsible team members, and outside means connecting product marketing, HR marketing, brand marketing, event marketing and other efforts to execute campaign deliverables and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
• Campaign Management: Oversee all phases of marketing campaigns, from initial concept through execution and measurement, including digital, content, social media, and event-based initiatives.
• Budget & Resource Management: Track budgets, manage resource allocation, and optimize project expenses.
• Process Creation and Improvement: Identify flaws and missing parts, use your experience and skills to create, improve and implement procedures, templates, best practices for project management within and outside the marketing team, aiming for increased efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and obstacles, and manage mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and post-project evaluations.

Skills you will have:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing project management or similar roles (ideally within an advertising agency) 
• Strong Project Management Skills (Proven experience managing large-scale marketing projects, with strong familiarity with project management tools - e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, content creation processes, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate to people with different levels, age, cultural background, mindsets (from designers to coders).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and high standards across project deliverables.
• Ability to prioritize, pivot, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic work environment.
• PMP Certification or similar project management certification is a plus.
