Junior Finance Specialist

𖤍 Your Position on the Board

• Complete invoice management (processing incoming invoices, issuing outgoing invoices).
• Preparing all payments and checking credit card payments.
• Communication with external companies (accountants, lawyers, auditor).
• Contracts management.
• Improving and simplifying processes, looking for automation opportunities.
• Ad hoc tasks as required (report writing, etc.).

𖤍 Our Idea of You

• High school/University education (economics/finance/accounting) and experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in Czech (English at least at B1/B2 level).
• Excellent user knowledge of Google and MS Office tools.
• Meticulous, responsible, proactive and independent personality who enjoys numbers.
• An eye for organisation and detail.
• Knowledge of tax laws and financial accounting is an advantage.
