You'll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier tech talent to fuel our continued expansion. 🙋 Your position on the board
- Become a Headhunting Master: Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn - Recruiter, GitHub, and tech communities.
- Build and Maintain a Pipeline: Develop and nurture relationships with top tech talent, creating a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Manage the Full Recruitment Cycle: From initial outreach to offer negotiation, you'll own the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate Seamless Interviews: Schedule and manage complex interview calendars, ensuring efficient communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with technical leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to Scale-Up Growth: Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to the development of recruitment processes that support our rapid growth.

💼 Proven Experience:
- 3+ Years of IT Recruitment Experience: Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Headhunting Expertise: Exceptional sourcing skills and a passion for finding hidden talent.
- Scale-Up/Startup Experience: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Be based in the Czech Republic and have communicative Czech

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with ATS and Recruitment Tools: Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies (we use Lever).
- Results-Oriented Mindset: Driven to achieve hiring goals and contribute to the company's success.
