Oddin is experiencing rapid growth, and we're looking for a talented and driven IT Recruiter to join our team. You'll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier tech talent to fuel our continued expansion. If you’re a pro at active sourcing, building strong candidate relationships, and navigating the complexities of a fast-paced scale-up, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

🙋 Your position on the board

  • Become a Headhunting Master: Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn - Recruiter, GitHub, and tech communities.
  • Build and Maintain a Pipeline: Develop and nurture relationships with top tech talent, creating a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Manage the Full Recruitment Cycle: From initial outreach to offer negotiation, you'll own the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate Seamless Interviews: Schedule and manage complex interview calendars, ensuring efficient communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with technical leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to Scale-Up Growth: Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to the development of recruitment processes that support our rapid growth.

💼 Proven Experience:

  • 3+ Years of IT Recruitment Experience: Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Headhunting Expertise: Exceptional sourcing skills and a passion for finding hidden talent.
  • Scale-Up/Startup Experience: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Be based in the Czech Republic and have communicative Czech

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with ATS and Recruitment Tools: Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies (we use Lever).
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Driven to achieve hiring goals and contribute to the company's success.
  • A proactive and problem solving attitude.
