We work with purely esports titles such as Dota2, LoL, CS:GO, as well as esports analogues of traditional sports like FIFA (soccer), NBA2K (basketball), and more. Based on the data we have available, we create and continuously improve mathematical models that help us predict match odds.

With a team of 170+ people, based in the Czech Republic and many other locations across Europe and Asia, Oddin.gg is growing at a fast pace and is looking for an experienced Employer Branding Specialist.

Your position among fellow Vikings:

Oddin is summoning a Valkyria or a Viking to join the raid as a Employer Branding Specialist to be responsible for enhancing and promoting the company's reputation as an employer of choice. This role involves developing and executing strategies that communicate the company’s values, culture, and employee experience to attract, engage, and retain top talent. The Employer Branding Specialist collaborates closely with HR, marketing, and other departments to create a consistent employer brand message across all channels.

What would you work on:

Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement employer branding strategies aligned with the company’s values, culture, and business goals (70% external HR marketing, 30% internal HR marketing; such as external/internal events, communications, supporting materials creation).
  • Analyze the current employer brand positioning and develop strategies to improve it.

Content Creation and Campaign Management:

  • Develop engaging content in cooperation with the marketing department (videos, blogs, social media posts, employee stories, etc.) that showcases the company culture, values, and work environment.
  • Manage employer branding campaigns across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, and company career pages.

Collaboration with HR and Marketing: 

  • Work closely with the HR team to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment between recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
  • Partner with the marketing team to leverage corporate branding and ensure consistency in communication.
  • Organize and promote internal events, initiatives, and activities that foster a positive workplace culture. Create materials for internal HR processes such are: Inductions, on-boarding materials.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in employer branding.
  • Use data-driven insights to continually refine and improve employer branding strategies.

External Partnerships and Events:

  • Build relationships with external partners, such as universities, job boards, and career fairs, to promote the employer brand.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other networking opportunities.

Measurement and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics, such as talent attraction, retention rates, and brand perception.

Skills you will have:

  • Minimum secondary education.
  • Proven experience in employer branding.
  • Very good knowledge of English and Czech (Spanish is the huge advantage).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative content.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Independent approach, meaning create proposals, explain why, involve all partners to collect feedback.
  • Strong stakeholder skills - find needs, get capacity from partners to achieve results.
  • Knowledge of the Czech market from the perspective of the target audience that Oddin is recruiting, competitors, events.
  • Willingness to learn - new markets, regions, countries, events, approaches.
  • Experience from Startup IT environment is the huge advantage.
