As our Employer Branding Specialist, you'll be at the heart of building a magnetic employer brand that resonates both inside our vibrant team and with the external community of potential candidates. You'll play a pivotal role in:

Championing Internal Engagement: You'll be the spark that ignites connection and enthusiasm within Oddin.gg. This includes developing and executing initiatives to boost employee engagement, foster a strong sense of belonging, and empower our team to become brand advocates. Think creative internal events, engaging communication strategies, and initiatives that make Oddin.gg a fantastic place to work.
Connecting with Future Talent: You'll be our voice to the outside world, crafting compelling content and organizing engaging events and meetups to attract top-tier talent. You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to develop narratives and experiences that showcase our unique culture and opportunities within the tech communities.
Supporting Talent Acquisition: You'll be an integral partner to our recruiters, providing them with compelling content and support for their outreach efforts. You'll help us stand out in a competitive market and attract the best and brightest to join our mission.
Orchestrating Memorable Events: You'll be the mastermind behind both internal and external events – from fun team-building activities and knowledge-sharing sessions to engaging meetups and industry events that put Oddin.gg on the map as an employer of choice.

What You'll Bring:

A passion for people and a knack for storytelling.
Experience in employer branding, internal communications, marketing, or a related field.
Proven ability to create engaging content across various platforms.
Experience in planning and executing successful events, both online and offline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
