With a team of almost 100 people, based in the Czech Republic and in many other locations across Europe and Asia, Oddin.gg is growing at a fast pace and is looking for a Recruiter to support the organization with its staffing needs and other internal HR processes.

About the Role

We’re looking for a colleague to join us and to take over Oddin.gg’s recruitment processes, including developing the recruitment procedure and managing the ATS system. This is an opportunity for a candidate who already has experience in IT recruitment, but also wants to be involved in the creation of internal HR processes and help build the department together with our Head of HR.

In such a dynamic environment, where processes are still being set up, you can't quite separate where one job ends and the other begins. That's why we are looking for a partnership approach, an open mind and the desire to build something strong from the ground up.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Lead the complete recruitment process in an efficient and proactive way. Set up the process in a professional yet empathetic manner so candidates have a positive recruitment experience.
  • Set up the onboarding process of new employees and conduct it in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Evaluate candidates in terms of role, company culture and contribution to the team.
  • Scout the market for talent in IT, Sales, Marketing, technical and support roles. Some positions are unique to us, so you'll be looking for alternative channels and ways to find them.
  • Generate new ideas in recruitment and active search.
  • Co-create the Oddin.gg employer brand and actively work on employer branding both in the country and abroad - recruitment/sourcing events, collaboration with schools, job fairs, advertising, web.
  • Provide feedback to our hiring managers and help them improve the recruitment process.

  • You have a pleasant and clear communication style.

  • You are proactive and have a genuine interest in HR.
  • You are an active listener who can give constructive feedback to the hiring managers.
  • You know how to negotiate.
  • You have a strong personality; you are not afraid to share your opinion and stand your ground, yet also know when to step back.
  • You are fluent in English.

Extra knowledge / Extra Points:

  • You have recruitment experience outside of Czech Republic, in global markets.
