Your position on the drakkar:

Oddin is summoning a Viking or a Valkyria to join the raid as a seasoned Head of Strategy. In this role, as the Head of Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the C-level managers and the executive leadership team in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities, facilitate communication across departments, and drive key projects forward. You will be a trusted advisor to the C-Level managers, working closely to optimize their workflow and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Concerning your duties:

• Collaborate closely with the C-Level managers to develop, communicate, execute, and sustain corporate strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to support key decision-making processes.
• Drive and project-manage cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely execution of strategic goals. Communication and Stakeholder Management:
• Act as a primary point of contact between the C-level managers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute executive communications, presentations, and reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, investors, and team members.
• Facilitate communication within the executive team and across departments, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Streamline internal processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with department heads to implement best practices and optimize resource allocation and budgeting.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement.
• Oversee and coordinate special projects, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Provide regular updates to the leadership team on project progress.

The honed abilities and seasoned wisdom thou shalt require:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-growth tech startup environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information and provide strategic insights.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
