With a team of almost 100 people, based in the Czech Republic and in many other locations across Europe and Asia, Oddin.gg is growing at a fast pace and is looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer.

About the position:

You'll be an integral part of our Product team, working alongside the UX/UI designer to create visually captivating designs that elevate our brand and drive engagement across online channels (websites, social media, newsletters, advertising), and offline (print materials). You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs are aligned with the company's marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive visual identity for the company's various brands across different platforms and channels
• Create social media visuals, including images and videos, to engage with our audience and promote our product
• Design and refresh static websites, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly
• Develop and execute print designs for various marketing materials, including magazine ads, merchandise, and conference stands
• Collaborate with coworkers, to ensure designs are top-notch and consistent with the company's brand guidelines
• Assist with minor UX/UI tasks on internal applications when needed
• Work efficiently with deadlines and deliver high-quality designs in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (print & digital)
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects) and Figma
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Willingness to receive and implement feedback from colleagues
• Responsibility and eager to learn new things if needed
• English proficiency required to communicate with coworkers
• Positive attitude towards the esports environment and the betting industry - experience in the Esports/iGaming/Betting industries is a plus
