We work with purely esports titles such as Dota2, LoL, CS:GO, as well as esports analogues of traditional sports like FIFA (soccer), NBA2K (basketball), and more. Based on the data we have available, we create and continuously improve mathematical models that help us predict match odds.

With a team of 170+ people, based in the Czech Republic and many other locations across Europe and Asia, Oddin.gg is growing at a fast pace and is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead.

Your position among fellow Vikings:

Oddin is summoning a Valkyria or a Viking to join the raid as a Talent Acquisition Lead to take over management of our recruitment team and help to drive the expansion of Oddin's business. The ideal candidate possesses managerial recruitment background from Startup/Scaleup type of companies that enables him/her to lead and motivate a recruitment team to meet company targets. A self-starter who is prepared to help and develop a long-term recruitment strategy for the business to thrive and company to scale. He/she would be a valuable partner to the top management in strategic recruitment activities.

What would you work on:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies (ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, maintain up-to-date market knowledge to support expansion, and develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs).
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
  • Review and enhance the recruitment process—including requisition approvals, inputs from managers, and other key steps—with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and address staffing needs, using recruitment forecasting to enable proactive hiring management.
  • Coach and support a team of recruiters, offering guidance and mentorship.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, acting as a bridge between business (hiring managers) and HR.
  • Participate in the Employer Branding strategy, Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure alignment with the HR strategy.
  • Set KPIs and track and report on recruitment metrics.
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
  • Provide training, guidance or mentorship to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.

Skills you will have:

  • Minimum secondary education.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably from Startup/Scaleup environment)  
  • Proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Very good knowledge of English (Czech is a huge advantage).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience with social media and other online recruitment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to provide training and support to team members and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
