𖤍 Oddin’s Call

We’re looking for a Senior HR Administrator based in Prague to strengthen our HR team in the Czech Republic. You’ll be a key player in enhancing administrative processes, supporting the entire employee lifecycle, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. With our ambitious plans to welcome 80+ new colleagues in 2025, we need someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of process improvements and automation

This role is ideal for an experienced HR administrator who enjoys working independently, shaping processes, and supporting both our Czech and international teams and thriving in an agile and dynamic environment, where processes are still evolving.

Your Position on the Board

📌 Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Organize and deliver online or in-person onboarding presentations for new employees.
  • Prepare and manage employment and freelance contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including promotions, contract extensions, and terminations.
  • Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

📊 Process Improvement & Automation

  • As our company has been growing rapidly, we've focused on essential HR tasks. With this new role, we aim to review, refine, and enhance our processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR administrative workflows, reducing reliance on spreadsheets.
  • Optimize and align HR processes across Czech and international entities, where applicable.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement best practices, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency.

  • Actively participate in reviewing and refining benefit administration processes to improve efficiency and clarity.
  • Help define clear responsibilities between HR, employees, and the finance team to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Contribute to optimizing communication and accessibility of benefits information for employees.

📚 Learning & Development

  • Be involved in shaping our Learning & Development approach—from ad-hoc initiatives to a structured budget and process.
  • Help enhance the quality and evaluation of learning programs to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Support the creation of a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with company goals.

🤝 Collaboration Across Multiple Entities

  • Provide HR administrative support across two companies.
  • Adapt processes to meet the unique needs of both entities while aligning with group HR standards.

Our Idea of You

✅ Experienced HR Professional

  • Passion for delivering onboarding presentations in English.
  • Proven experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle management in fast-growing companies, where processes were evolving.
  • Familiarity with both freelance and full-time employment contracts, as well as HR compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Czech labor law (international exposure is a big plus).
  • Practical experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR (experience is a big plus)
