We work with purely esports titles such as Dota2, LoL, CS:GO, as well as esports analogues of traditional sports like FIFA (soccer), NBA2K (basketball), and more. Based on the data we have available, we create and continuously improve mathematical models that help us predict match odds.
With a team of 170+ people, based in the Czech Republic and many other locations across Europe and Asia, Oddin.gg is growing at a fast pace and is looking for an experienced Marketing Content Executive.
Your position among fellow Vikings:
Oddin is summoning a Valkyria or a Viking to join the raid as a Marketing Content Executive. This role involves managing and optimizing owned channels in the company group - repository of various brands. These include websites, Social Media channels, newsletters, as well as printed materials that are shifting into digital/virtual space (brochures, white papers, and leaflets) to ensure they effectively reach, engage, and convert our audiences. Although content creation is not a primary responsibility, this individual must possess in-depth knowledge of each platform's functions, from operational details to performance analytics, and be capable of identifying insights, building dashboards, and recommending data-backed improvements to optimize our presence across B2B and emerging B2C segments.
What would you work on:
Platform Management & Optimization
- Social Media Channels: manage all owned social media platforms, ensuring they align with set objectives and adapt to evolving audience needs and trends. Work closely with content and creative teams to ensure strategies align with each platform's unique features and algorithms.
- Website Management: Maintain oversight of website functionality, navigation, user experience, and conversion points. Regularly review web analytics, monitor user behavior, and recommend actionable improvements for content structure, forms, landing pages, and other interactive elements.
- Newsletter & Email Campaigns: Oversee newsletter performance and engagement strategies, ensuring email campaigns align with business goals and enhance customer experience. Identify areas for improvement in audience segmentation, engagement, and frequency.
- Printed Materials: Coordinate the production and distribution of brochures, leaflets, white papers, and other printed marketing assets, and their transfer to augmented reality and other visualization methods Ensure alignment across online and offline materials to reinforce brand consistency and strategic messaging.
Data Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Data Analysis: Design, implement, and refine analytics dashboards to monitor performance across all owned platforms. Set KPIs, track metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders on engagement, conversion, and audience insights.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and manage data dashboards (using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) for real-time insights, tracking key metrics for audience engagement and performance trends across platforms.
- Optimization Recommendations: Based on data insights, suggest evidence-based enhancements to platform strategies, campaign tactics, and conversion funnels. Identify optimization opportunities for UX, conversion rates, and user journey continuity.
Cross-Brand & B2C Expansion
- Multi-Brand Oversight: Manage and optimize digital and print assets across various brands, ensuring strategic alignment with each brand’s goals and audience needs.
- B2C Market Development: Develop and expand B2C outreach strategies within the digital platform ecosystem, focusing on enhancing brand presence, audience reach, and consumer engagement.
- Competitive & Industry Analysis: Regularly monitor competitive landscape, industry best practices, and platform trends to adapt strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Skills you will have:
- Ideally Bachelor’s degree (preferable technical)
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, platform management, or a related role. Experience managing cross-channel campaigns and multi-brand digital assets is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, dashboarding tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.), and experience using insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Extensive understanding of all relevant platforms, including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), CMS tools, email marketing platforms, and print materials production.
- To be Tech Savvy: Ability to navigate and understand platform functions, optimize UX/UI, and troubleshoot technical issues. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development is a plus.
- Extremely skilled in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to use AI tools but improve their outputs with his/her own brain.
- Decent organizational skills, mainly self-organization. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- The Czech language is a plus.
